University of Edinburgh Aberlour 14YO, Single Cask
Specially selected single cask 14YO Aberlour single malt, created exclusively to celebrate the University of Edinburgh's 2025 graduation ceremonies. This unique bottling continues a close and creative long-standing collaboration between Edinburgh Whisky and the University.
Distilled at the renowned Aberlour in 2011, this exclusive single malt whisky was matured for over twelve years in a refill cask before spending 15 months in a first fill bourbon hogshead. The result is an elegant, characterful single malt that has been bottle at 46.6% abv and is presented in a customised, eye-catching 70cl gift pack designed especially for this limited edition release.
Tasting notes - Vibrant aromas of apricot, peach, honey and vanilla cream. Followed by a palate rich in vanilla and apricot, accentuated by bright lemon peel, fresh oak and a subtle hint of white pepper.

University of Edinburgh Speyside 10YO
Speyside 10 year old single malt selected by Edinburgh Whisky Co. to mark the University of Edinburgh's 2024 graduation ceremonies. This exclusive bottling is part of long-standing collaboration between Edinburgh Whisky and the University. Aged for a decade and made up of four first fill bourbon barrels the whisky was bottled at 46.6% AVB. One of just 500 individually numbered bottles worthy of a celebration.
Tasting notes: Fresh barley, vanilla cheesecake and orchard blossoms.

This single cask of 15 YO Mannochmore has been specially selected for the University of Edinburgh by Edinburgh Whisky Co. Bottled at cask strength, each bottle is sequentially numbered and 1 of an outturn of only 215. This bottling of Mannochmore is an independent bottling which hails from the Speyside region of Scotland.
Tasting notes - Sultanas, peanuts, and barley on the nose with a subtle citrus zest. Soft caramel, sweet and oily. Lemon drizzle cake and oaty biscuits.
This single cask release is a must-try for those seeking a taste of rare and distinctive Scotch whisky.
