This superior selection of hand-picked single malt and single grain casks comes from some of Scotland’s most celebrated distilleries.
Each cask is bottled at natural strength without colouring additives or chill-filtration, enhancing the smell, mouthfeel and flavour profile.
Depending on the age and cask type, only between 100 and 250 bottles are produced, making each expression unique and highly desirable. So hurry!
Ardmore 15 Year Old
A delicious smoky Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky from Ardmore, matured for 14 years.
Aromas of cooked ginger, filo pastry apple chutney. Zesty fruit, bonfire embers, maple syrup on the palate with hot cinnamon complimented by hints of pear and toffee on the finish.
Inchgower 18 Year Old
A rather fabulous bottling of Inchgower Single Malt. You don't see a lot of this, as a large percentage of their whisky is earmarked for use in blends.
Aromas of candied citrus, rich toasted nuts; white chocolate chip cookie, stewed apple and a pinch of pepper on the palate. A rich fruity jam on a dry finish.
Ben Nevis 20 Year Old
A 20-year-old single malt from the Ben Nevis distillery (unsurprisingly located rather close to the mountain which shares its name, in case you were wondering).
Aromas of cereals, candied lemon peel, raspberry liquorice and dried fruits compliment notes of toasted oak, sultanas, mocha coffee and roast almonds that fill the palate.
